I have the finished draft ready to post my ad. Everytime after I click complete it sends me to the paypal site to ask how I will have my fees come off from my bank account, paypal, or credit card. I have my bank account connected and I have visa gift cards I use but are not reloadable. So I pick the paypal method to continue with posting my ad. It asks me to login with all my info. After I click complete with my username and password it brings me to a window saying sorry for the inconvienience. Whats going on??
