This sellers auctions have always been listed the same way.
Under shipping its says "May not ship to Canada..." But his description says "Ships to United States and Canada only!" and "Shipping and Handling is $10.00 USA ($15.00 for Canada)"
In the past I have been able to bid no problem and have won several. But now for the past few weeks I get this when I bid, "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to Canada."
And when I try to contact the seller to ask, I get "We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."
I have had no issues with the seller, so I don't think I have been blocked by him.
Anything I can do ? I would really like to continue buying from him.

Have you tried sending a message to the seller through the contact link on his feedback page?
Be sure you select "this is not about an item" to ensure that your message is not blocked by the listing settings.

I tried your suggestion but still got the same result 😞
So I tried the contact seller link from a past auction win I had through him, and it worked !
I just gotta hope he will answer now 🙂
