I got a mail mentionning "Congrats (my name), you won your first eBay item!"

How can I know if I really won.  I checked in my message box and there is no mention about it.

Hi angello.. You are misinterpreting  the email. Ebay is simply congratulating you on your first successful ebay purchase. Its not free.

Item will be in your myebay purchase history with a pay now.
