How do I get the credit on my eBay account transferred to my paypal account?

I don't think I understand. Who issued you a credit on your ebay account? eBay?

Or a seller for a purchase that didn't go as planned? If it was a seller, and it was a refund, the money should be refunded to paypal and not ebay.
