I have been ripped off by a seller. Time ran out on resolution centre and now I am out $215.00.

I bought an item, a "pebble  smart " watch in March 2013, and was told I would recieve it as soon as he recieved his shipment. After several inquiries and finally asking for my item or my money back, I never got any more responses. I tried the paypal resolution centre and was told it was over 45 days and I was out of luck.

I tried my bank and was told it was now over 90 days and again I was out of luck.

I seem to have no where to go to get justice, I can't even seem to be able to give a bad review of the seller , to at least warn other people or have him banned as a seller. No options, no item , no money. That is very frustrating!!!!!!

Ouch - that's a lot of $ to be out.....but, and I know you don't want to hear it again, especially from me.....you really have to read as much as you can about all the policies, etc. before buying on eBay.  Sorry you learned the hard way.

The seller violated policy to begin with since the item he was selling was not available either in his hands or from his drop shipper at the time the auction ended (let alone for teh duration of teh auction).  You might on an odd chance (with saved eBay messaging concerning the item not being in stock when you paid) get somewhere with a phone call to eBay.   They have been known, once in a blue moon, to do something beyond time limits.

But , then again, timeframes are not secret.

45 Days to open a claim

60 Days to leave feedback

you got hoodwinked by the seller into exceeding those.
