Does the Seller have "low" feedback? Does the Seller ship to Canada?
He could be inexperienced and just ended the auctions because the bidding price is to low.
Auctions are tricky these days unless you have a large clientele base or following.
You leave good feedback with no negatives so that's not the reason.
I would block a buyer too, if they left a lot of "neutral" or "negative" feedback.
Just move on, this one's not worth the trouble.
