i have ordered many things off ebay without problems. i have an account set up with $2000 in it and recently made just over $1200 in purchases. for some reason my payments are not going through and i have people making claims about me. i have messaged them letting them know its not y fault and that i will go to the bank and pay my card off and pay them that way, but someone please tell me why they are being canceled in the first place when theres more then enough money in the account
