It can take upwards of 20 days for a parcel to be delivered in Canada.

If it has been more than that, use Contact Seller to ask for the date and service of shipping and the Delivery Confirmation number.

It is unlikely that there is a DC, but it tells the seller you are serious.

If there is no reply or the reply is a brushoff, start the Dispute.

If more than 45 days have passed, but you actually paid from your credit card processed by Paypal, go to the 1-800 number on the back of the card and ask customer service about a Chargeback.
