I have received an item, USB adapter, USB A to USB on the Go. There is no number I can
trace to one of my orders and the return address is a sort of warehouse.
The package has been re-labeled but the first label one cannot be read, being completely
covered by the second.
Where should I start in order to find out if this item has any relation with the items
I have ordered?

Start with your Paypal account.
Check off all the Paid items you have received.
Open the Details on any you have not received.
Is it there?
If not contact the sellers of the items you have purchased but not received. Ask if they have a customer with a similar problem . (The seller may have mixed two shipments.)
If none of that pans out, as I understand it, if you recieve unordered merchandise in the mail, it is a gift and no payment is required.

I would just wait and see what doesn't show up.
