Hello Ebay,
I have recently been charged $202.50 on my Visa for a transaction that took place three months ago?? I have checked my shipping order number and have been told that the item has arrived. (Cell Phone). How can I get someone to look into this??
Thanks

Did you buy a cell phone three months ago??If you did not i would contact your credit card company and ask about this charge usualy a transaction shows up on your bill right away not three months later.Did you use your credit card to make a purchase on ebay??I have had email messages on my hotmail that something i ordered arrived and knowing i never ordered anything, just some kinda scam

ebay does not read these forums - they are for members to communicate with one another, buyers & sellers.
To contact ebay, click on the Help & Contact tab at the top of every page, follow the instructions and you will end up with a tel number to contact ebay. You may be on hold for awhile - get comfy - if one rep can't help you, ask for a supervisor or call back at a different time.
Good luck with this.

Did you sell a cell phone?
Did it arrive?
Were you paid for it through Paypal?
Go to your PP account, find the transaction, and then go to the PP Resolution Centre hidden under Tools at the top of your PP account page.
However, this sounds like a chargeback. You may have to phone PP and prove delivery.
Since you did not leave feedback for your customer, was this actually sold through eBay or through some other site? Or privately.
All that being said, a glance at your feedback indicates that eBay is not the marketplace for you.
