I have very bad experience with seller from China. Somebody else?

Seller sent to me defective item, his returned address is not clear, he sent me the following message

"Can you close that request?because in that request,there is no returned address,hope you can understand."  

After that he sent two different address...on chineese and english.

Price for return shipping will cost for me triple as item cost, and I was not sure did I have to do it, probably I will lost my item at all, because of not clear address. So I asked him to refund half of repair cost (10$ from 20$) I will spend and I will close the issue . He refused.

He discussed with me a lot, until time for returning is gone. 

What I have now : defective shoes, have to repair it, so price now is almost double.

This seller you can't trust. I will never ever buy from him.

Sorry about your bad experience.  You are lucky that the item is only $20, it could have been much worse.  I'm sure many people including myself had similar experiences especially when we started buying on eBay. 

You need to be very careful when buying from overseas sellers, you should always consider buying from North America even if the price is slightly higher, because you will have fast shipping, good customer service and easy returns or refund if there is an issue.

Also, always take the time to check the sellers feedback and see what others are saying.

The addresses are likely to be identical, just in two different languages/writing systems.
