I haven't received a few items after 60 days but now I cannot see the items listed anymore!

Please help.  Several items purchased over 60 days ago have just disappeared completely from my Purchase History.  I have switched the header to "2016" but the items are still not listed at ALL.  I have not received these items so is it too late to complain if I cannot even pull these purchases up anymore?

Don't panic.

Go to your Paypal account.

At the top of each page is Tools.

That's where PP hides their Resolution Centre.

Open Item Not Received Disputes.

PP allows 180 days for these Disputes.

If the seller cannot prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) then you will be refunded.

EBay only keeps listings for 60 days.

I have found it useful to keep the Item Paid email live in my regular email account because it tells me when the seller (probably) shipped it.

It also reminds me to send a polite enquiry after 20 days if I have not received it from North America (30 days from Asia).

And then open the INR Dispute with eBay if I don't get a satisfactory response*.

*An offer of a replacement is not a satisfactory response. Only money.
