I just listed my first few items, but I cannot upload my pictures! Can someone give me tips? Or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Everyone!! I've been buying on ebay for a while now, and just started listing my stuff yesterday!! But for some reason I cannot upload pics!! Can someone give me tips or tell me what I'm doing wrong?? How can I change the size of pic so it can upload properly?? Thanks!

Hook the device that has the pictures up to the computer.

W hen creating your listing where it says "add pictures" click on   the yellow square and then just above that on the left is a "browse" button. Click browse until you find your device and then you can upload from the device to your listing. It may take 30 seconds or so to upload (with me anyway). Then you should be good to go.

I had the same problem and it was resolved today by updating my browser (I use Firefox). This is what eBay customer service recommended to try and it worked. Hope it works for you too!
