I live in the US, why is my ebay site all Canadian?

I live in the US, went to post an item to sell, and my price has a little c in front of it, I look up, got a Canadian flag next to my ebay, and I am asking this question in ebay Canada Community.  how did this get changed, and how do I change it back?
