I paid for a item and the seller now says they need more money for shipping .Is this normall?

Hi melissa..Sellers are not allowed to request more than stated in the shipping section of a listing. Here is practice policy and you could forward to seller referring to the terms and conditions section..

Can decline and nicely but firmly ask seller to ship your purchase. Should seller refuse and refund , leave appropriate feedback and low DSRs.
Do not accept a mutual cancellation if seller files one.
