Contact your seller. Go to Purchase History and Open a Returns request. Please note it is imperative that you use a service with tracking to send it back or you won't get your money back on return. Best of luck to you as you move forward.

If that is for the Memory Foam Home Seat Cushion it will cost you at least $40 to return that $14 item back to China unless there is something wrong with it and you are filing a NOT AS DESCRIBED case.
