Hi.. There is nothing you can do unless payment was funded with a credit card. Call the 800 # on back of the card and request a chargeback. Have all related information available when calling.

Did you send the item back after 45 days or you sent it within 45 days, waited for the refund when never showed up then tried to file the dispute but was too late?
Unfortunately, you waited too late for the dispute. Hopefully you are not too late for a chargeback.

Hello 'annamaria',
Sooner or later this seems to happen to just about everyone. When there is a problem, the first thing to do is contact the seller, and when that is of no use, open a dispute. It is unwise to simply mail off the item in the hope that the seller will do the right thing. You seem to know about the 45 day deadline, - have you also seen this link that tells what to do in these situations:

If sellers can get you to wait past that 45 day point, it is in their best interest to do so. I am sure you will never again let that deadline pass.
So did the seller manage to delay you past day 60? That's the deadline to leave feedback. 🙂
