I refunded not through open case so case stays open..

So someone complained some games didn't work and opened a case I said return and I will pay for return shipping and everything. Through the return on eBay I could not refund for price I sold and shipping to them so I just refunded it all at once through Paypal direct to save a bit of money. But now the case is still open...

I asked him a week ago to close the case but he is not.. I don't want to bug him because he can still leave neg even tho he said he wouldn't.. 

Yes I know at the same time I did not save money now because I will not get insertion fee refund but i'm over that now.

Is there any way I can get this closed...

The case will close automatically...  It will time out 

or

Always refund within the case....  because a refund closes the case...

Call Paypal and explain  what has happened....

oh haha alright thanks i'll just wait for it to auto cancel I hate calling eBay support..
