Seller gave me a shipping estimate of 10 pounds. I asked for an actual total three days ago, after I had the winning bid on the item. I would like to pay what I owe him/her as soon as possible.

There are some sellers that can set their preferrence to allow buyers to edit the shipping cost in the ebay check out (Pay Now) button. Give that a try first.

If not able to do it that way you could pull the seller contact information (Request Seller Contact Information) and give them a phone call and ask them to send the invoice that shows correct amount.
