I state ships to USA and Canada and I get a bid from Brazil. What next?

I am unwilling to ship outside of USA and Canada because of fraud. I cannot find a way to delete the bid, do I just start over by ending the listing?  Thanks

Go to "site map" (bottom of most pages) then "quick links" then "cancel bids on my listing", just follow the prompts. It's straight forward. Cheers.
