Hello 'leocaliwliw',
Only your seller can cancel for you. This is a member-to-member message board for the use of folks like yourself. No one from ebay can help you with your problem.
When you buy something, you are responsible for payment, and it is considered very poor conduct to want out of a sale after the fact. You seller does not have to cancel, and if he chooses not to, - you could end up with an Unpaid Item strike. Have a look at the following link about Unpaid Items because it is really important to know this:

Most likely your seller will cancel, however, if only because it is faster and easier for him. So the way it works is he sends you a Request for Cancellation, and you click to respond and then click to agree. It takes 2-3 seconds. As soon as you do that, you are no longer responsible for payment and it's all over.
In future, when you are thinking about buying something like that, save the listing in your Watch List. Just below the 'Buy' button is says Add to Watch list. When you click it, then under the My eBay at the top of the page, find Watch List and all the listings you have saved this way will be there. It gives you time to be really, really sure before buying.
Good luck. 🙂
