I want to say that I am at a complete and total loss... I am a computer specialist in Canada and I am very reluctant to express total frustration and hurt from the deliberate and subtle bullying I have experienced at the hands of the eBay and PayPal team. They have bothered with their games, meddled with my item listings and fiddled with my account settings for too long. I cannot begin to describe the sadness and the utter shame I have for the eBay staff members and the complete embarrassment for all of those silly games so hurtful to me. This was my business! I don't know if I have any choice but to "hang up my hat" and bid eBay a fond farewell which will be difficult after doing so much business with them. I accomplished 12 years of excellent business with eBay and I am very thankful for that. If eBay could learn not to dislike me on such a personal level and understand that business is business, and STOP the bad harassment, then and only then would I consider continuing.

Well, K², what is "brand new used"? I looked. What I found was : new, new other, used.

The software in the current listing was "used" once.... sounds like OEM software...

There are rules... and then there are sellers who sell without respect for rules...   and eventually they hit a brick wall.... no doorway to go through... and all kinds of problems.

We have seen this before.... sometimes  it take a while for eBay to catch on to what is happening.... and one suspects they are following what the seller does.... and only after the seller's inappropriate activities have been confirmed  does eBay respond.

and in that time  he has had 11 different ID and 36 feedback  as both a buyer and seller

The only thing is one listing, 

for Windows 8  that has been "used" once.... and Windows 8 is relatively new...

Software is the only word  that sticks  out as a problem..... eBay has rules.....and then the sale of computer items in general

eBay appears to have been looking at his listings very closely  and has been asking for major revisions  that OP feels unhappy about...

Did a quick search of Windows 8 on eBay.... and very quickly found digitally delivered software by one seller...

I do not know what the OP rant was about and I will not judge what they are doing from their listings.  But I have never seen an eBay ID with 11 ID changes. One or two or three is a lot but never 11 in 6 years. Wow.

The OP now has a computer listed as  new    but when you reach the details about the hard drive it says   used sparingly.

A computer cannot be called new with used parts !

No wonder he has problems if other listings were like this.
