I am new to ebay.I bid on a Tibetan coin and won.When I click the 'pay now' button it directs me to ebay India and to pay through something called "PAISAPAY",is this normal and safe to do(it asks for my choose how I want to pay,ex.with VISA,etc. and to enter my account information,credit card number,etc.).Should I pay this way?Thank you?

There should be no problem with Paisapay. It is one of the vetted methods of electronic payment accepted by eBay.

There will also be the international 'https' security code in the URL.

I would suggest if you must specifically sign up for the service, that you back your new account with a credit card.

This gives you a third line of protection, eBay, Paisapay and the card's chargeback service.

I am very sory to burst your bubble but tibetin silver is worthless ,it is kind of like german silver or clad Some ofthe artwork might benice but there is no numeristic value to it

Perfectly normal, perfectly safe. Paisapay is India's answer to paypal, and functions just the same.

This is not Tibetan silver, which is as you say, valueless pot metal, but a Tibetan coin.

There are not a lot of collectors for Tibetan coins and stamps, but they are scarce (small population, very poor, isolated nation) and can go for reasonable sums.
