I would like to know if there is a way to change the Feeback rating on a purchase that I made.

I purchased an item, and although it took quite some time, to receive the item, I took into considration, that it was from China, and left positive feedback. Unfortunately, the 1st time I wore these leather gloves, they ripped at the seams, and a button fell off, and they are no longer wearable. When I tried to communicate with the Seller, they refused to refund, or even consider any options, for restitution. I currently have a claim with Paypal, although, I am concerned, for other buyers, and would like to at least lbe able to revise or change my feedback rating, Does anyone out there, know if this can be done, and how to do it. If there is not a way, I truly believe, there should be this option, as buys should be held accountable in some way, for the quality of products they sell.
