In the past I have contacted the seller and they have sent the item for an extra shipping cost..but in this case there appears to be no way to contact him. Any suggestions? Thank-you.

Hi .. There are sellers who will not ship international and do not want to be bugged will you ship to Canada ,so they block communication. Try to find elsewhere.
