I have a buyer just made a purchase and at the same time she messaged she did not received a similar item she bought 3 weeks ago (but in different color she bought now ).
Buyer is in Norway. Usually my package got fast to arrive there.
She also have bought from me similar item 10 days ago.
Any suggestion please? I feel a little nervous to send her purchase now.
Ps: my defect is already 5/6.

Put her on your Blocked Bidder List.
Given your European shipping rate, you are sending by LightPacket/LetterPost, with no tracking?
Refund on the first scarf.
Ask her to repay the refund WHEN her scarf arrives.
With your defect rate, you want to stay away from any eBay involvement, in my opinion. So I'd take a chance on sending the second one, but since you are in contact with the buyer, ask her to confirm the address.
Also ask her to ask her family/housemates and to check at the local Post Office in case it has arrived without giving her notice.
When you started out you were having a lot of trouble with complaints. I hope those have dropped off! I still think that religious people are some of the hardest to deal with. I think I've mentioned that I have problems when I sell Christian literature, well above the complaints for other product lines. Sigh.

When you send a refund never give back the whole amount. We have sent the total minus like 2 or 3 cents directly to their paypal account and that avoids defects.
As far as that neutral we would have called BS and harassed ebay then the buyer to revise it.

"As far as that neutral we would have called BS and harassed ebay then the buyer to revise it."
Yeah, that neutral is bogus.
It's not like buyer did not know price before buying. No excuse there.
