I'm presuming you want them for Halloween and don't need them to be of great quality?  If so, I'm sure you've tried the $ Stores in your neighbourhood.  I was in mine yesterday and although I don't celebrate Halloween - the store was choc-a-block with stuff for that day - including many sizes of black candles.
