I want to buy from canada site since I do not want the trouble of paying duty and so and so. If I buy on Ebay Canada is the price marked the same or does it change to U.S. currency if the product comes from US. Thank you!

"I want to buy from canada site since I do not want the trouble of paying duty and so and so."
"does it change to U.S. currency if the product comes from US"
To select products coming from Canada only, select "Canada" in the panel at left on the search result page.
Now, most Canadian sellers list their products in US$ since the majority of eBay buyers are located in the USA or overseas where the US$ is used.
If the listing is in US$, you will pay in US$ and the US$ amount will be converted by PayPal to Canadian dollars at time of payment (adding about 17% to 20% exchange conversion).
Read the terms of each listing carefully before you bid or buy. Make sure the location shows Canada. Also read everything to determine if the seller charges GST/HST or not.

17% to 20%? Of the total price?
I suspect you mean on top of the normal fee, which for a buyer would be zero. The seller will be the one getting slightly less.

"17% to 20%? Of the total price?"
That is correct.
If the total transaction price is US$ 30.00 (for example) made of US$20.00 for the item and US$ 10.00 for shipping, the buyer will be charged appx Cdn$ 35.70 (19% above US$ 30.00) representing the current exchange conversion rate of appx US$1.00 = Cdn$ 1.165 plus 2.5% currency conversion fee charged by PayPal (and most financial institutions).
Currency conversion fee (appx 2.5%) is paid by both the seller and the buyer when conversion takes place.

That doesn't sound quite right. If a Canadian buyer pays for an item I have listed in U.S. funds, the buyer pays a conversion fee...I wouldn't be paying one unless I later wanted to change the money back to Cdn funds.

You are mentioning two different issues. If you are looking at a page with a number of items on ebay Canada you will see the price in Canadian dollars. If the item was originally listed in U.S. $ the price you see would be how much that item cost in Canadian $ at the current exchange rate, however, it does not include the 2.5% conversion fee. If an item is from the U.S. it will be listed in U.S. $ but if the seller is in Canada, it may be listed in Cdn or U.S. funds. Once you click into a particular listing, you will see which currency the listing is in. If it was done in U.S. $ you will see the U.S. $ amount with the Cdn $ estimate below it.
If you shop on the Canadian site and the seller is from outside of Canada you may still have to pay taxes and/or duty on an item more than $20C when it is imported to Canada. Bu often when an item is sent through the post office, there is no tax or duty charged unless the item is $100+ but there is no guarantee that you won't be charged.
Some U.S. sellers ship through the ebay global shipping program. If the listing has a line telling you what the import charges will be, then the seller is using that program. You prepay all taxes owed so you don't have to worry about paying when the item is delivered. However, the global shipping program (gsp) can end up being more expensive than if the seller had sent the item directly to you via the post office so many Canadians do not like to buy from sellers who use the gsp.
It may sound a little complicated but it really isn't that difficult to buy from the U.S. Of course since I am a Canadian seller, it is always better to buy Canadian! 🙂

That is also correct. The conversion fee (2.5%) is paid by the seller if and when the US$ in the PayPal account are converted into Cdn$ (eventually)
My post could have used a better expression than "when conversion takes place."
