If I buy something from the UK today, will I get it before Christmas? I'm in the US

I am buying a last minute Christmas present, but need to get it here before Christmas. The seller said they would send it within two days of the payment clearing, but they are in the UK and I am in the US, so I wanted to know approximately how long it will take to get here. Is it possible to make this happen before Christmas? It is one t-shirt by the way.

Even if it was sent by super fast priority Customs could still sit on it for a couple of weeks.

This close to Christmas I would do my shopping in person.
