If a mistake is made during bidding, how can a sale be cancelled if both buyer and seller agee?

The seller can cancel your bids.

The bidder can retract her bids under some circumstances.

The seller can offer the buyer a Mutual Cancellation and gets his fees back from eBay.

The seller can open an Unpaid Item Dispute and get his fees back from eBay while the non-paying customer gets a Strike against her account which makes it harder to buy in future.
