If you list free shipping to Canada do you get automatic 5 stars in DSR?

If you list free shipping to Canada, but someone from the US or Sweden buys from you and they have to pay shipping, do you still get 5 stars if they leave FB?  

I would say that I sell 40% to Canada, 40% to the US and 20% to Europe and Asia.  I cannot afford to have free international shipping.

Run a report by item number to confirm what was left for the suspect item.  The dashboard numbers would have just changed on the 20th if that is what you are looking at with one month falling off and the new month added.  If indeed less then 5 was left with free shipping then call the call center

Dashboard DSR numbers change after each feedback,it easy to see esp.for 3 month period and if raiting is really low.Also if you get the lowest one,you will see the number at right column right away.

Didn't know about mandatory tracking No. for 5 stars for shipping time,in this case I will not offer it anymore and will not run to PO on daily base.

Tomorrow will call ebay about low rating for free shipping,

They intentionally never show up right away.  Depending on the sale date and where in the month feedback is left they can show up within days, or not for a month.  it is very hard to know which item (unless there are other indications) without running a report.

Forgot to update,phone call to ebay was just useless,as before.Nobody could explain me anything,trasfered from one to another,almost an houre of time wasted ,mostly on holds.By end they opened a report about an issue.

Anyway will continue to offer free s/h,though one day shipping without  tracking No. worth nothing and useless.
