I can't speak for others but I am seeing some increased fraud these days with ebay.
A number of two month old requests from users claiming they never received items, some from accounts no longer registered but from the proper hijacked email addresses etc..
all sent delivery confirmations showing delivery to the proper addresses, and none ever reply - that's people trolling for accounts looking to get resends for goods received, pls be careful and you can be a little suspicious about these sort of things!
Most of us know that it is very rare for packages to get lost, 99% or more are delivered.
