International site visibility eBay UK ($0.20)

Anyone out there notice this little gem under the category:
"Maximize your listing's visibility"

Maybe I've gone for too long- maybe I just didn't notice.

I always believed we received equal exposure in the UK- as is evidenced by the number of items we ship there.

NOW eBay WANTS TO CHARGE FOR EXPOSURE IN THE UK ?????

Am I missing something here?
Anyone want to tackle a comment on what is a very slippery slope?

What next- a PREMIUM for exposure on eBay.COM, when listing on eBay.CA ?????

The only bug I found sofar was when I give a second Chance offer, I get a warning that the listing is not allowed on UK other than that it seems fine.

I only get that when I issue a second chance offer, also you can just select your listings and do a bulk edit and add the UK Listing @ 10 cents per listing.

Btw. I thought there was no re-listing fees on 2nd chance offers.

There is no fee for SCO. When I list on Int'l sites I regularly send SCO's (perhaps I should check my invoices LOL?)
