Is anyone else having problems with leaving feedback?

I`m trying to leave feedback for several sellers.  All that comes up is positive, neutral & negative. It then says leave feedback. The drop down with the shipping, communication, etc. is not appearing nor the comment section.  I`m afraid to just hit the positive & then the Leave Feedback just in case it leaves a negative feedback for these sellers on the other section,  I`d never forgive myself.

Has the feedback section changed or am I loosing it?  This is the second day for this.

Would someone please help me with this.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

The line for feedback comments will appear after you select positive, neutral or negative.

Thank you all for your help,  I was choosing positive but nothing was happening.  It appeared to be frozen.

It`s working find now after 2 days.
