I am a Canadian Ebayer listing on both Canadian and U.S. Ebay sites. I am able to do calculated shipping on Ebay.ca so shipping costs are fair to worldwide buyers. But I can only do flat rate on Ebay.com. Because I am limited to flat rate on the U.S. site I cannot fairly list items for both European and Canadian buyers as the shipping cost is so much more to ship abroad. If I list a high flat rate I scare away Canadian buyers, if I list a low flat rate price and a European buyer bids and wins I will lose money. I don't want to restrict my selling to just North America on the U.S. Ebay site but I can't see a fair shipping price option that is fair to everyone.
