Is there some way for ebay to automatically keep track of people who don't leave feedback?

2 sellers have not left me any feedback . . do I have to personally email them to ask them to do this?

Hi .. Not all buyer or sellers leave feedback. Feedback is entirely a voluntary process and because it is , i'm sure, ebay has no interest in tracking , other than fb policy violations.
