I need to print shipping labels even if I have to pay myself.  Please help me ASAP thanks!

Are you getting a message of anything when you try to print? Or are you using a Mac?

Try this.....disable your "pop-up blocker" then delete your cache and cookies and restart your computer and try to print again.

Since you are a new seller you are probably subject to the 21 Day Hold.

If Paypal has received the payment and it has cleared the banking system, you should be able to print your label.

If it has not cleared yet, PP will not let you print it. This happens when your buyer pays from his bank account. Let him know that you will ship as soon as you can print the label which may take up to 10 working days because there are two banking systems involved (Canada and USA, no matter where the buyer lives,)

Even aftet the payment clears, PP will hold it for your good performance. So you are shipping before you get the payment. Frustrating, but actually pretty safe because you will be paid, eventually.
