Item blocked due to legal restictions

Recently, I've been trying to find some items for my computer and keep geting more of those messages that the item is blocked in my country (Canada) for legal restrictions. This problem is now even showing up on items that I already purchased and those items are far from being illegal in any way here.

Is there a way to fix this?

 Are you using French or English ebay? I've heard of that happening to users who are using the French side and they see that message because the item is blocked in France and the system thinks the user is in France.(weird but true)

However, I've never heard of happening when someone was looking at computer parts.

Try to open with IE instead of Chrome: I don't know why but every item is bocked due to legal restriction in Chrome and works fine in IE.
