Just got Hung up on with customer support..

I just called Ebay customer support for the first time.  I was told I would be put on hold for two minutes.. 50 minutes later I was hung up on. My question is will they get back to me ? Or do I need to go through all of that again ?

Given yesterday's technical meltdown and massive packs of sellers calling about defects it's not a surprise.

Try calling back when it's not so busy like early in the morning or late at night.

Depending on what you are calling about you may be offered the "call back" option, use it!

Well ten days later and I sat on hold for an hour and finally gave up. I know my call was "important to them " but I think I threw a blood clot while they ignored me. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't wait for a call back. I think this is their agenda.
