Just received a neutral because I shipped out a bark collar with a different colour than the picture

It's a bark collar so the functioning is the same.  What's your opinions on this?  How does this effect the new defect rating system?

As for packing well, check your past feedback that you send the records in plastic bag and ship them which one buyer gave you 2-3 negative feedback for that.

Anytime I see any sellers with netural or negaitve feedback for not disclosing information, not detail information or poor packaging, I avoid them like a plague, believe me!

Did you see that date of that? - holy moly - you go way back!  That's from 2002!

When I see that so far back dates, that is where many buyers would be leery to buy things from sellers like yourself.  Too often the bad feedback from way back will still haunt you.  Especially if you still do the same wrong again and again like not disclosing the full information or send the wrong items.  That is a huge mistake if you keep making those same mistakes again and again. 

Apparently you haven't learned hard lessons.
