You cannot leave a negative. eBay does not realize that i...

Sellers can only leave positive feedback.

They removed the ability of sellers to leave negative feedback years ago.

You can thank all the sellers who abused the system back then, by using it as revenge, for this change.

Been about 2 1/2 years since a seller could leave a buyer a Neg.

You cannot even leave a Positive with a Negative content or ebay will

remove it.

File and follow through withyour non payment claim and make sure you

put these buyers on your Blocked bidders list.

Also set your account to refuse any bids from buyers with 2 or more

unpaid strikes in the last 1 to 12 months. (you can pick the time limit)

Feedback is not very useful to most future sellers, since most sellers use Fixed Price listings and meet their bidders for the first time when they buy.

Leave no feedback for the deadbeat buyer.

Open Unpaid Item Disputes for the deadbeats. If they do not pay, they get Strikes which will restrict their ability to buy on eBay. Enough Strikes and they are NARU. Meanwhile you get your fees back and the deadbeat cannot leave feedback.

The bait and switch? Hard to advise you unless you give more information including the transaction number. But if you had already left feedback you can leave a Response to your own and to his FB. While the most effective Responses are calm and factual, they are not required to be positive. Don't leave a FB just to leave a Response though.

Since it is not likely someone would get 2 strikes in one month (not that they couldn't), it is best to set your buyer requirements to block bidders with 2 or more strikes in the past 12 months.

Always remember to file unpaid item disputes against non payers and immediately add them to your blocked bidders list.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

You cannot leave a negative.

eBay does not realize that it is the SELLERS who create all the revenue for them.

Absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
