Thanks everyone ...
Just have to change my font and space the description out ...
Thank you EVERYONE I have taken and change a little bit from everybodies suggestions so thank you I really appreciate it as I am just one of those people that does not have time to notice these things or sometimes to busy to even have it cross my mind but I want to revamp so when I do start buying product again everything is perfect as I have basically destroyed my store in the last 6 months due to lack of time ..

My comments relate to your font .... I'm a former book editor and proofreader .... so I view things like a critical schoolteacher
LOL JT, you and I always seem to be on the same page (pardon the pun).
When I worked for a company years ago developing a new line of health food products (a fiercely competitive area), we used to spend literally hours around a boardroom table discussing the merits and drawbacks of dozens of fonts, then spend days more narrowing the 3 or 4 contenders down to just one, and finally a few more hours deciding on colour!
Unfortunately a lot of sellers just slap down whatever font is at hand, not realizing their importance. They likely don't know that big companies spend big bucks to do marketing research on the psychological impact of fonts and spend even more in getting people to design or incorporate those fonts into a co-ordinated advertising scheme. Graphic designers make their reputations on new fonts, and companies still base their public recognition on a particular typeface design.
There is also the critical point that a font be compatible with a product. You don't want to use a florid, serif style font if you're selling computer components, but it might be appropriate for designer shoes. For eBay, you also want something that is compatible and commonly used.
Fonts really do matter, and have an instant impact on buyers. It's worth spending a bit of time testing out the "buyer friendliness" and ease of reading of a few. I agree with you that for 'brande's' type of items, a clear sans serif font is best -- my personal favourite is Verdana, but Arial is the good old standby.

I wish I had an answer for this, brande. But since I upgraded to IE 10 (and even on Firefox), I experience problems with fonts and spacing, just as you've indicated. Sometimes I simply can't get the appearance I want. I switched to Compatibility View but it didn't help.
Someone with more experience than myself might know the answer.
Otherwise, I'm glad you're almost near completion with your new listings. Good luck!!

Have you considered using a scanner for individual dvd?

Sometimes it doesn't work when you are trying to change 2 different fonts to a completely different third font. You could try changing the first part on those lines, then do the second part that is in a different font, and see if that works.

You could try a piece of white paper, the loops on the towel absorb light.
Re: scanning and cropping - I recently replaced my old printer/scanner, and my new one automatically crops when I use the scanner. Saves a lot of time!

I'm afraid I don't know -- I think we'll need to call out to 'pococomputing' on that one! Are you out there poco?

I did get paid well for my opinions and work at one time, but now that I'm retired (except for working on eBay), I'm just happy when someone actually wants to hear them. I'm glad to be of help!
And it's good to see you get so "into" the process. Your enthusiasm is contagious -- I think I'll go revise some of my own listings now...

Oh yes -- regarding pictures -- the white paper background idea mentioned by 'maggieb' is a good idea. You also won't get the kind of distracting texture the towel creates.
Here's a suggestion for your photos if you don't have a scanner (or don't have time to scan): Put a sheet of plain white paper (or plain white fabric/tablecloth) flat on a table top. Put the DVD down flat in the middle. Shoot the picture directly from above (you'll need to stand up, leaning over the table). This will eliminate most of the perspective distortion.
You can use any flat surface at all that's comfortable to take a "bird's eye" photo over. A coffee table might work better than a table, or one of those fold-up TV-tables, or even a flat-seated chair. A chair or small table can be pulled over near a window to get lots of light. I use a little wooden folding table for smaller objects and put a plain linen tablecloth on it. It's the perfect height to easily stand over and take a shot from above.
