happens no matter who your with. Had an account with bell and same thing. Had to make sure to turn off "roaming" in options.

The device is set to pick up the strongest tower and depending on where you are located that could be a tower in the states.

it's a simple fix on your phone and has nothing to do with rogers

Had a strange situation about 5 years ago. I was in Detroit at the airport picking up some friends from Texas and I spent a Lot of time on the phone to Toronto Ont. I was expecting some major charges. But I got......none.
