When attempting to complete transaction, could not proceed, and reason given was displayed at top of page in bright red stating that the seller has not provided shipping info. I consequently left seller message to resolve this issue, and received no response. Is this a common issue on ebay?

Check the item listing again - does the seller ship to Canada?

Has it been more than three days since you sent the message?
Did this happen after you purchased it, or when you were trying to add it to your cart?
