Mentioning our store in listings

Hello all,
And greetings from Dorchester New Brunswick (just down the street from the big gothic hotel on the hill)
It's a shorts and deckshoes day here.
But I digress.
I know this question has probably been asked and answered a dozen times, but here goes.
How nmuch contact information are we allowed to give in our listings? The lighting and collectibles end of our business is actually part and parcel of a lighting, antiques and collectibles store, design and mail order business called Bad Manors (so named because it occupies most of the first floor of a 3,000 square foot confederation era house that costs $800 a month to heat and needs some foundation work and a bit of paint. That's also the nucleus of our local clientele. Old houses being rescusitated.
I've heard varying opinions on links and such. We don't have a web site. But we would like to be more accessible.
And I don't want to get anywhere close to eBay's ouch point on this.

Your collective and singular wisdom would, as always be appreciated. (Not to mention a source of comfort and profit for us).

Thanks
Brad

I had to change my About ME page, because I said something about being the "Web's" source for items... according to policy, you aren't allowed to advertise your website outright, but you are allowed a link to it.

Here's more info: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-links.html

I'm still looking for a policy regarding stating your brick and mortar store address....

However, I know people give out their store address as to where to send money orders, checks, etc- which serves as a two-fold purpose

Thanks for the advice. It's our bricks and mortar we'd like to promote a bit. I think promoting th fact that you have a real location lends some credibility to the online enterprise. And I do think an accessible phone number helps. Antiques are a passion of mine. I got into antique lighting and oddities when I discovered they were easier on the back and a lot more fun to play with than furniture. The only downside is that I'm scared of heights. We do a fair bit of stuff that involves up to 25 feet in the air. That sound you hear is my knees knocking. Actually we've got good help when we need to go any higher than 12 feet. I'm not sure whether he's fearless or brainless. He tells me he's not sure either. My partner has also just quit her job to pursue eBay full time. Joanne's looking forwarsd to the change in star colour. My target is a bump up the power seller ladder.
But the very first priority is updating the Me page

Hello
We simply put our phone# and address in every auction.
In our about me page we show photos of our set up and if we ever decide to open to the public again there will be photos of our store front in the about me and in "stores".
We are located in Wilmot NS (Middleton) in an old storefront building that we have renovated and stocked as an antique store. But we find that ebay stores work just as good or better than retail.
You will find that you can do a lot of cross linking in listings and stores that will get your items viewed a lot more.
But I think that by far the best move we have ever made with our ebay site is putting our phone # in every auction and store listing. We recieve a lot of calls from people that are not all that comfortable with the computer.
