My account balance is wrong for June is wrong. Can you fix it?

We cannot; this is a member-to-member board where ebayers come to solicit advice from other ebayers.

What you will have to do is call ebay Customer Service. The Help & Contact link is at the top and bottom of each webpage but you need to be using a proper website browser at a desktop to see and navigate it.

Empty your bladder and pack a snack before you call. Sometimes the wait time on hold to speak to a Customer Service Rep is long, and you may have to explain the nature of your problem to more than one person.

On the next page go down to the Need our assistance? section

Then follow the steps to narrow down your problem.

eBay will show help file links that might apply to your problem.

Depending what you have narrowed it down to the Contact section 2 will also show phone links (Call us and/or Call me). Phone hour times are listed and are for the Pacific time zone (BC).

Contact with eBay is only available by phone -- not email.
