My buyer did not pay for the item and a dispute was resolved as non payment. i resold the item and was charged twice for the sellers fee.

I had listed an item and it was sold but the buyer never paid. A dispute was opened for non payment and the case resolved concluding non payment. I relisted the item and it was sold again but I was charged two times for the sellers fee. I was under the impression that if the buyer did not pay and a resolution concluded that all fees would be reversed. Please advise.

If you closed the case the final value fee is credited..
