My ebay is using canada flag, and I didnt change it from usa...how do I change it?

On top of my page, to the left of my ebay it has a canadian flag and Im not there I live in the united states and when I sell something or look for something I get candian rates?  How do I get back to having the american flag and my account back to usa?
