My listing had only Canada and USA shipping my item sold to someone in Australia. How?

My item was listed to be sold only in Canada and the US (those are the only shipping options that I indicated). However the bidder who won the item is from Australia. How is that possible? Is there a recommended action step?

The bidder may have a US address.

Send the bidder an invoice with the corrected mailing cost to Oz by AIR MAIL  on it.
