Need help with a (very bad) new eBayer...

Hi all,

I just received a (very undeserved) negative feedback from a new eBayer with only a score of 6 feedbacks, see my feedback page. See his comments left to others, he's been on eBay for less than a month and already left 3 negative and 1 neutral on only 9 transactions.

I work so hard for my perfect reputation and my Top Rated Seller status, I only had one negative sor far, which was about to disappear in December and get back to 100%.

I sent a message to the guy about when to leave negative feedback (when seller is evasive) and discussed about refunding and possibly revise his feedback. But such an impulsive and difficult buyer won't be very cooperative, I suspect.

A way or another, this buyer is going to harm many good sellers reputation, no doubt about that.

What would you do, is that a case of report to eBay ? Should I contact eBay about his unappropriate behaviour in the marketplace ?

Not much you can do here except offer to refund (but please only do so on return - this buyer does not need to learn more bad habits).

You can try reporting the buyer to eBay but I doubt you will get anywhere.

On the other hand, if you don't report him to eBay they can't do anything about him.

And the Report will not hurt you in any way.
